​​Reason Joined Be Fit:
There are plenty of reasons to join. The number one reason for me and my family was to learn different ways to be healthy by eating better  – including sizes of meals and understanding labels. Another reason was to learn the proper use of gym machines and the different effective ways of working out.

How Be Fit Helped: 
It helped me focus more on nutrition. Also, it helped me tone, as I lost some weight, and to take time for myself and relax. The most important benefit of the program was that it helped with some health issues I had due to the food I was eating before. Consequently, I feel great!  I am trying new food options and reducing some medications that I was taking for many years. 

Favorite Thing About Be Fit:
Everything about the program has been awesome. It is hard to pick one thing. The nutrition part was more effective with an exercise routine and the logs helped me to focus and be organized to reach my goals. However, the time I spent at the gym was my favorite.  This was the only time I dedicated to myself. It helped me to relax and release stress at the same time. It really made me feel like the “queen” of my world.
