ABOUT BE FIT
Be Fit is a 10-week program launched in January 2005 that focuses on improving the health and well-being of our employees.
Every ten weeks, employees from different departments within the hospital compete with each other as they make a commitment to be fit.
While the program is a group competition, each team member is also provided with individualized support to meet their personal wellness goals.
