Get Walking this Fall with Be Fit!

It is the goal of the Be Fit program to increase the activity level of all employees. The Be Fit walking challenge is an easy way for our busy employees to incorporate exercise into their daily lives. Any employee can participate in this program by simply walking more every day!

Once again, we have made logging your steps walked easier than ever! We are using an online tracking system that you can use conveniently at work, at home or on the go.

The challenge runs through the week of December 16th. The program kicks off on Monday, 9/23. The weeks begin on Monday and end on Sunday. On Monday, 9/30 you should record your total steps walked from the previous week.

Continue to enter the total steps from the week prior every Monday throughout the challenge.

Walking Challenge

  • Please enter a value greater than or equal to 1.
    Numbers only. No letters, commas or special characters. A pedometer is required to track steps.
